On the text output (pdf, dvi) they are just put next to the name of the url, for example: "Jabber http://www.jabber.org";. Is it possible to achieve something like "Jabber (http://www.jabber.org)" and a smaller font for the URL, or better, can the URL end up as a reference or footnote ? My other concern is that when I turn it into HTML, it is not converted into an HyperLink, can that be done ?
