Dear all,
I am currently working on a final revision of a thesis for Mechanical
engineering. I used the standard Article Document set/type as it
provided numbered sections and abstract. My problem is that I have
around 7 pages of fore-matter which is not appearing in the TOC. Right
now all the fore-matter is numbered in roman numerals by using the ERT
\pagenumbering{roman}, and then at the beginning of the body the ERT
\pagenumbering{arabic}. Is there a way to get the fore-matter into the
TOC and show the roman page numbers, then continue as normal? If anyone
could help with the code I would be very appreciative.
