figure turned 90°

In contrast to Lyx 1.3.4 the newly installed 1.3.5 qt displays a xfig 
drawn  .fig file by 90° counterclockwise, although it is not set in the 
graphic menu. Same with the .eps exported file. 
Whats wrong?
