  Aha! Your coordinates did not work, either. But, by trial-and-error I
learned that \begin{pspicture}(-4,13)(9,5) put the image in a viewable place.

  Where is (0,0), then? The upper, left corner of the viewer?

  In general, do I make the end coordinates 1 unit greater than the desired
axes lengths?
