ok folks

i am a nerve-wreck, but the manuscript is converted and submitted.

i managed to convert to html and use openoffice to convert to doc (with
stupid html links conserved - i never figured out how to remove those -
i hope it doesnt matter).

i will now go on to reset my nerves using large amounts of alcohol.

anyone have an address for Microsoft Accounting where i can bill my
bar-expenses?

- and thanks to all

martin
