sorry I should have clarified. Mathcad is supposed to be able to import MathML
and there are supposed to be latex > MathML translators, but I'm not convinced
anyone has successfully moved formulae from one app to the other. Just
wondered if this list knew of anyone who had done it.

Transferring formulae is unlikely to work if you want them to be part of the
maths in mathcad. That would appear to be a very different protocol from the
Lyx math protocol, but someone else may have better ideas.
