math mess in 1.3.6 on windows 2003 server

Hi, all. I am happy to find out the new release of LyX 1.3.6 for windows. The installation(on windows 2003 server) is smooth. Everything works great except that math symbols can't be rendered. Check the attachment for a picture of what I got. It seems that LyX works fine on windows XP. Anyone please tell me how to fix this?
