Although some questions (or most of them) can be answered through searching the information sources (wiki, mail archives, etc.), it is probably easier for everyone if all collaborate to answer those questions, as many times the answers are one or two lines long and therefore easy to give. If all cooperate, the overall welfare will probably be higher than in the situation in which each one has "compulsorily" to search for the information before asking.
