A note about the difference between 'Attach:' and 'uploads:'

When using 'uploads:', remember to write the full path to the file, i.e.
you must include the name of the group! Earlier, when using 'Attach:', the
name of the group was sometimes inserted automatically. For instance, 
from a page in the group 'Examples/', you could just write

        Attach:insertMatrix1.lyx

and this would be equivalent to

        Attach:/Examples/insertMatrix1.lyx

However, his sometimes led to confusion, so in order to keep things
simple, the wiki will only support markup like this in the future:

        uploads:/Examples/insertMatrix1.lyx

I have now hopefully replaced all "relative" references based on 'Attach:' 
with "absolute" references using 'uploads:'.
