How to set latex path on windows?

Lyx 1.3.6 has worked well on my WinXP machine until today, when I loaded 
a copy of my resume and got the error message:

'Textclass error
The document uses a missing Tex class "cv".  Lyx will not be able to 
produce output.'

I've got a couple of cv.* things installed:

c:/ProgsNoSpace/lyx/Resources/lyx/tex/cv.cls
c:/ProgsNoSpace/texmf/tex/latex/cv/CV.sty

What should I set so that lyx can find them?
