Nasty! It seems that there is a problem when ImageMagick invokes GhostScript.
Could you please send me your sample.tex file to test this?
The GUI looks a bit spiffier, new icons with functions?
No new functions. The icons are only for the installer executable itself and for the appaerance of LyX-files in Windows' file explorer.
