Is there an easy description of keyboard customization for lyx around (customization 4.4 ff is beyond me)?
I tried to use my € sign, which is on the keyboard and works with a normal editor, but not in lyx (nothing is printed if the key is pressed). I tried to set it somehow via preferences-view-keyboard-enter keyboard table first-check- choose keyboard table where I can choose between european.kmap, german.kmap, german-2.kmap... but after having tried this I messed up the keystrokes so that e.g. I had to press twice the dot in order to get it on the screen. It is too confusing for me and I would appreciate a hint Thanks Wolfgang
