Hmmm,
When I tried to view postscript on your file, I got the following error
message:
==========================================
LaTeX Error: File `showframe.sty' not found.
\renewcommand
{\tocheadstart}{}^^M
*** (cannot \read from terminal in nonstop modes)

What is showframe.sty? I wonder if that could be the difference between our
experiences?
Thanks
