Has anyone come up with a good thesis.layout? Considering how much use there is for dissertation writers, I'm surprised there isn't something included. I've found one or two on the web, but nothing works 'out of the box'. I'll work on my own if need be, but I hate to reinvent the wheel. Does anyone have anything to work with the thesis.cls included in MikTex? Thanks for any suggestions. David
