This looks to be a good way forward. I've found the file, and all the 
information appears to be there, but I haven't yet succeded in a good output 
from it. I've put an example of some of the text below, but I'm not sure 
quite what this is. It doesn't work including it as an \input file, or as ERT 
or lyx-code. 

Do you know what this is, and how I can get lyx to process it correctly?
