1.3.7 and 1.4

Hi

I just wondered if anyone knew the timescale for 1.4 release. I know that 
1.4pre3 has been available since christmas and this is nearly the final 
version.

The reason I ask is that with the release of 1.3.7 I have to decide 
whether to upgrade to that, or wait a few weeks and get the ful release of 
1.4?

While on the subject does anyone have a precompiled binary of 1.4pre for 
windows that they would be happy to forward to me.
