hello there my paper is almost finished, and only a few layout issues are missing:
1) i need to left-align the author section (another mail-thread contains this). 2) i need to make the address section span two columns. 3) the table float gets inserted in the middle of the reference sections - that is bad. 4) i need to make the footnotes span two columns. ideas are welcome sincerely martin
