I have many code examples with lyx-code and they don't fit well on my
6-inch wide page. I don't know how much space will be needed for the
perfect binding. I am using koma scrbook and have default left and right
margins which appear to be:
by default on even (left) page, left outside margin is 1.05 in and
right outside margin is 0.70
by default on odd (right) page, left inside margin on odd (right)
page is 0.70 and right outside margin is 1.05
Anyways my lyx-code seems to start at 0.38 inches indented from the start
of the Standard text (or almost 1.45 inches in on a even page).
I want to get rid of that 0.38 indent (so lines up with Standard). Any
ideas?
