Oh, that's bad news.

I think it was all due to the fact that latex (pdflatex) could not handle eps 
graphics, then there were no valid file it could include into the ps/pdf 
file.

Yes it does, but the path was changed a little in the next path, due to 
reorganiszations on the disc, but still the file was included without any 
path in the current directory.

I must say, I'm not quite sure what the error is now. Suddelny things seems to 
work. I'm sorry for trying to confuse you. I'll try to understand what's 
going on.
