Thanks, Paul. Actually, I was looking for a more global solution,
i.e., some code to insert in the preamble or something like that.

If you want all the list environments to shrink their outside spacing by the same amount, you can just put \setlength{\partopsep}{whatever} in the preamble. Keep in mind that this will shrink the space on both sides (start, end) of the lists.
