Howto give optional arg to beamer frame?

I'm using beamer (happily), inserting frame/endframe.  Life is good.  Now, I
want to insert a frame with an optional argument.
I want it to expand to:

\frame[allowframebreaks]{\frametitle{whatever}...

How do I do this with lyx?
