For some reason I cannot see, the attached file does not display properly
in acroread/xpdf. The menu bar is missing across the top of the page,
there's the tops of page numbers along the bottom edge, and I do not have
the navigation controls along the bottom right side.

  The preamble is the same as in a working document. The theme, innertheme,
and colortheme also work in another document. In the dozen or so
presentations I've prepared, I have not seen this particular behavior ever
before now.

  I'm sure it's a simple typo or something missing. However, after looking
at it until my eyes roll around, I just cannot see what's wrong. I hope that
one of you will spot it right away.
