Thanks, but I don't have a BibTex-Bibliography, just the "normal" one
provided by Lyx. Is there a way to have this one mentioned in the
table of contents?

Hello everybody
How can I get the bibliography to be mentioned in the toc?
Thanks for help

Click on the button "Bibtex generated Bibliogrphy" at the bottom of
your document and select "Add Bibliography to TOC"

If you look at LyX document settings for the LyX User guide (Help
menu), you can see that it uses the class "book (koma-script)". It has
references in the document, and they appear in the TOC. The secret is
the Class Option "bibtotoc". If you use the koma-book document class or
alternatively the koma article class, then the bibtotc option is an
easy way to get what you want. If you use another document class, the
solution may have to be different.
