Anyone written a Newlfm layout for letter?

Hi,

I just started using Lyx after a while of using LaTeX.  Has anyone
written a newlfm (letter) layout already?  I saw a brief mention of
one in the archives, but couldn't find any links for it (or even if it
was on offer for download).
