In the Math panel, the AMS Negated Relations subpanel has an assortment
of negated subset symbols. It lacks a negation of the proper subset
symbol, but has a negation of the "subset or equal" symbol. (Negating
the proper subset symbol probably does not make sense, since it strictly
implies "not a subset or else equal" -- which doesn't stop me from using
it, of course.) As noted elsewhere, you can build your own negation of
the strict subset symbol.
