Hi

I have a table in a document in which I use the dcolumn package to align the decimal points. I have in the preamble the following:

\usepackage{dcolumn}
\newcolumntype{d}[1]{D{.}{.}{#1}}

I set the comumntype to d{6} and everything works fine - except the the header of the column in the tabe is left adjusted in the cell. Especially when having many decimals (as I have), this looks quite strange - but I don't manage to set the adjustment of the header. The setting in the table settings dialog is on centered, but it seems to be overwritten by the collumn type.

Is there any way to center the header without going back to the two-collumns-and-collumn-seperator-equals-dot solution?

Thanks a lot,
Rainer
