Re: LyX 1.3.7 on Mac Intel?

I have tried 1.4.3 on Mac PowerPC, Mac Intel, and Windows XP, and I  
have found it too slow for my needs.  1.3.7 is far better as far as I  
am concerned.

I am writing a book with more than 200 pages so far, and I have found  
the scrolling problems in 1.4.3 to be a limiting factor.  I also have  
trouble with placing the cursor at certain locations in the equations  
with mouse clicks -- sometimes 1.4.3 refuses to place the cursor  
where I need it.  I have reported the mouse click bug on the wiki,  
but it has not been addressed yet.  The scrolling problem has been  
sporadically reported on this list, but it doesn't appear that  
everyone experiences it, so I don't know if it is being fixed.
