Actually, a plugin to PmWiki (which is what wiki.lyx.org uses) can
probably do this. Have a look at

The primary purpose is to generate PDF from the wiki text, but since I
know that the transformation goes as
wiki -> XML -> LaTeX -> PDF
it seems reasonable that you can get the LaTeX. The author's name is John
Rankin, I'm CC:ing him for you.

PS. In the very long run, I've got an idea for using LyX to directly edit
the wiki pages. That's not even vaporware though, more like vaporplan :-)
