In Help->LaTeX Configuration section 4.23, do you have scrreprt: yes in
the Found line? (I'm guessing not.) If not, do you have the scrreport
class installed in MikTeX? (Easy test: Open a DOS window and run
'kpsewhich scrreprt.cls'. If it's properly installed, you'll see the
path to it displayed. If not, you'll just get another command prompt.)
