For me, it does not work!
Lyx stop running when i try to do export->MS Word or when i try to
export to open office.

You export to LaTeX and then there is two ways :
latex2rtf will generate an rtf file
tex4ht through the oolatex script will generate an odt file that you can
open in OpenOffice and export to .doc.
TeX4ht is more powerfull but more complex and fragile.
