Which is really, really a pain in the ass. I never used Framemaker, but I just typeset a book with InDesign CS2. Unbelievable. It cannot even do automatic headings. And the (German) hyphenation patterns are ridiculous. I'm glad to be back on LaTeX/LyX now. Jürgen
