Didn't find the directory in the Lyx-folder, but I got another work-around:
I just loaded the package-repository from the internet and changed it in
miktex-package-manager before starting lyx after installation to a local
folder... it works. That was my only attention. Now I'm happy! ;-) But
thanks very much for your fast answer...
