Yes, I'm aware that "I'm looking for suggestions on indexing" is a rather open
ended question :-).
I've only indexed one book before, and on this one I intend to use multiple
levels something like this:
Bottleneck
Analysis
Offloading
Speed up
Slow down
Consume part of capacity
symptom
Description
Questions
Reproduction
How anal should I be including every last page concerning a topic? I've heard
others say I should list max the most important 3 or 4 pages for each topic.
How should capitalization take place? How can I go through my book and put in
the tags fast? What other words of wisdom do you have for me?
