Let's just ignore the past confusion and be happy that it works.

Well done (both of us)!

Patting ourselves on the back! :-)

On the more serious side, let me know if you need help uploading the actual example files.

To prepare the ground for you, I did the following:

* I used the link in the top left corner of every wiki page that says
        Upload and manage files
  to enter the file manager.

The username is 'lyx' and the password is 'lyxigt'.

* Then I clicked to the directory 'Examples/'

* The I scrolled down the page until I came to the section
        File Options
and used the field 'New directory' to create a new folder called
        IncludeExternalProgramListing

* Then I clicked to that directory and create yet another subfolder called
        Gunnar/
just in case lots of people for some obscure reason starts uploading
examples of how to do this :-)

So now there is a directory (folder) to where you can upload the example files. The link to get to that directory with the file manager is as follows:

http://wiki.lyx.org/ipfm/index.php?dir=Examples/IncludeExternalProgramListing/Gunnar
although I'm not sure it'll work if you haven't logged in first.

Anyway, once you've uploaded the files you probably want to refer to them from the wiki page. You it with markup like this:

  [[uploads:/Examples/IncludeExternalProgramListing/Gunnar/example.lyx]]

However, if you'd like to avoid showing all the gruesome details of the link, user (...) to hide parts of it. Like this:

  [[(uploads:/Examples/IncludeExternalProgramListing/Gunnar/)example.lyx]]

The (...) inside [[..]] works for all kinds of [[..]]-links btw.

cheers
/Christian

PS. Some people have reported problems uploading a single file using the file manager, but they seem to manage if they use the option that lets you upload multiple files.
