You can always enter things manually. If it's in 1.4.x, look there, and
when you hover your mouse over the symbol, you'll see it's LaTeX
definition. Say it's "\ceiling". Then just type that. But if it's really
not there, then I'm not sure why it's missing, either. So you might want
to file a bug report.
