Hi all,
I have an annoying conflict and was hoping it is straightforward to
resolve.
1) new document
2) add to the preamble "\usepackage[cdot,thickqspace,amssymb]{SIunits}"
3) add an ERT "\unit{10}{\micro\metre}"
You should be able to generate a PDF.
4) change document class to "article (Elsevier)"
You should get a conflict "Command \rem already defined."
I'm not going to be using the Rem unit anyway so can I just turn this
off? Or is rem being defined as a remark within the LyX style and I can
get rid of it?
This is unfortunately urgent because I forced someone into using LyX
against their will and it needs to be finished in a couple of days!
