This gets asked periodically here. View -> DVI, then find the LyX temporary directory and copy the .bbl file there. Export the document to LaTeX, then (using a text editor, not LyX) paste the contents of the .bbl file into the .tex file in lieu of the \bibliography{...} and \bibliographystyle{...} commands.
