I'm trying to use the Elsart style/class, which is still pretty tricky.
I want to put an ERT into the \begin{frontmatter}..\end{frontmatter}
section, but I don't know how.
An ERT in a Standard environment terminates the frontmatter section and
the front matter after it doesn't get output.
I finally got everything to work with an enormous ERT containing the
whole frontmatter section but this doesn't seem to be the "LyX way" when
all I wanted in an ERT was the author/address fields which are too
complex for the provided LyX class.
Isn't there a better way? Is there or can we add an environment which is
just for ERTs that live in frontmatter?
