LyX/Mac 1.5 has latex-to-rtf and rtf-to-latex conversions defined by

Take a look at the "latex2rtf" software found at:
http://latex2rtf.sourceforge.net/
I don't know if they have a mac version.
Mac is *nix, so it will work. Probably easiest is to use something
like macports or fink; they have the appropriate packages.
