Error with BibTeX

I followed the instructions to the letter on the Wiki/Windows section for 
Tips and Tweaks regarding 'Create a Bibliography'. I am using JabRef 2.2. 
When I insert the Bibliography, LyX seems happy, but I get this error from 
LaTeX:

Any help?
