Translate it to .sxw with OOo and then use http://www.hj-gym.dk/~hj/writer2latex/ in clean mode. It works pretty well on structured documents, and you can even define your own mappings for different styles. This procedure probably requires some tweaking of writer2latex, but should give pretty good results. After that import the .tex file in LyX (might need some tweaking of the syntax.default file as well). Georg
