Hi All, My wife is writing a PhD in Polish using Lyx 1.5.1 on a PowerBook with Mac OS 10.4.10 and she had problems with some Polish letters (ż and ś). On my linux machine, there is no problem - the letters can achived using right-Alt key + s or +x The PowerBook does not have the right-Alt key and the left-Alt key allows using other Polish letters (with left Alt key), except for the 2. The letters that we can not type seem to be blocked by Lyx keyboard shortcuts. After some experimenting, I found that after removing all M-s and M-x lines from the .bind files and from submenus.inc the problem was solved. I was wondering if there is an easier solution and whether the conflicting shortcuts could be removed from the default configuration for Mac?
