Andreas,
Click on the bibliography insert, and choose for the Style "unsrt". That may be
what you want.

morning!
I
am
using
Lyx
1.5.3
with
standard
article
style.
At
the
end
of
the
document,
I
included
a
list
of
references
using
the
Bibliography
environment.
No
matter
how
I
change
the
order
of
the
citations
in
the
text,
the
numbering
always
stays
exactly
the
same.
I
would
like
to
have
the
papers
numbered
according
to
the
order
they
appear
in
the
paper.
Where
did
I
go
wrong?
