I have just installed lyx with miktex on a windows vista laptop Installation apparently completed, yet, as i try to view the pdf (through ps2pdf) i am asked to install the fancyhdr style. Shouldn't that be in the miktex standard package? Anyway, the style is downloaded and installed (from the internet, if i remember correctly). Afterwards the listings.sty style is found to be missing. Prompted to accept to start a search, I accept, but the resulting pdf file is empty. Shouldn't' that listings.lst file be part of the standard package? Any extra packages available for ms-widows?
