I just finished the Spanish translation of the manual, and it's available for testing and suggestions or error corrections. The documents can be downloaded from http://www.lyx.org/trac/browser/lyx-devel/branches/BRANCH_1_5_X/lib/doc/es/Math.lyx and http://www.lyx.org/trac/browser/lyx-devel/branches/BRANCH_1_5_X/lib/doc/es/Formula-numbering.lyx To be able to compile the document, copy the files to LyX's "/doc/es/" folder.
