You can get numbers on the equations with Edit -> Math -> Toggle Numbering

You can also get them by inserting labels. Once a label is inserted into a
display equation it's automatically numbered. Otherwise LaTeX would not have
a reference for the equation.

To fine-tune the TOC entries (Summary as you call it), you'll need to read
the Koma-script documentation. In article, the default is sequential
numbering regardless of section. In book, the default is to number
subscripted by chapter -- i.e., first eqn is chapter 1 is (1.1), first one
in chapter 2 is (2.1), etc. Parts are different.
