Configure Lyx 1.5.4 for pdfsync

I would like to be able to click on the pdf in "Skim" or "PdfView" to  
go to that line in Lyx. I have read snippets that is possible but I  
can't get it working.  In Skim I configured the preferences for Lyx. I  
"View"->"pdfLatex"  and the pdf opens in Skim but when I "shift-click"  
nothing happens. I have used this sucessfully in TexShop. I can find  
the foo.pdfsync  file generated in the temp folder but nothing happens
