Hello,
I just have downloaded and compiled lyx 1.5.6. As I have written many
mathematical documents using texmacs, I wanted to convert them to the lyx
format so that I can edit them in lyx, to do this I exported them from
texmacs in latex format and imported latex in lyx, the problem is that I get
a lot of \begin{definiti.. \end{definition, \begin{theorem} .. \end{theorem}
text in between my mathematical text, I assume that these are the theorem,
definition latex macros that texmacs is using here.
I fully realise that I can not expect that converting something from
texmacs to lyx is not going to be easy, but can anyone here give me some
hints of how to do this and if this have been ever tried, at least I think it
is usefull if this would be possible, sot that people having invested a lot
in texmacs can also try out lyx and see if it better suits there needs.
