> {hyperref}More info. I got the problem down to a single hello world lyx file and a 7 line layout file. I can now toggle the problem by changing the layout's base document class between memoir and book. The original was written with memoir and fails. Changing it to book allows it to compile. Soooo, I need to find a hyperref substitute that works within memoir. As I remember, memoir is pretty sophisticated, so it probably has its own hyperref substitute. Anyone have any ideas?
