Hello Martina!
i solved the problem just with this command
\addcontentsline{toc}{section}{your section title}
\addcontentsline{toc}{subsection}{your section title}
you have to write this after a section or subsection.. it should work. It
works even for list of figures, table and nomenclature
\addcontentsline{toc}{section}{LIST OF TABLES}
\addcontentsline{toc}{section}{LIST OF FIGURES}
